When you fill out our estimate form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, and any notes you type about your vehicle. We do not ask for payment information through this site, and we collect nothing about you without your action.
Your information is used only to reply to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule your appointment, and keep a record of the work discussed. We never sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Estimate and service records are retained for up to 36 months after our last contact so we can honor warranties and answer follow-up questions, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Indiana and U.S. residents, including those covered by California-style privacy rules, can make these requests at no cost by emailing service@obliqueshadowauto.com, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps to protect the details you submit. No website can promise perfect security, but access to your information is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
